What is a Salwar Kameez that is semi-stitched?

Semi stitched refers to a half stitched outfit with pre-constructed styles, such as those seen in the image, or to a cloth with pre-defined neck styles, sleeve styles, neck depths, and outfit length. In these types of garments, just the side seams are left open, and the bust size can be changed accordingly.

Alternatively, it could be made of an unstitched cloth with a pre-constructed back and neck pattern as well as a sleeve border.

If the design allows, the length of the kameez/bottom and sleeves can be changed in exceptional cases.
