Why am I unable to use a Discount Code?

We apologize for the inconvenience. The following are examples of when a discount code will not work:

• The item is on sale or promotion / has already been discounted.
• The item does not meet the eligibility criteria (T&C) of a discount code/offer.
• The discount code's validity period has ended.
• Two discount codes cannot be combined in a single purchase.
